Ordering and Product Availability:
▪ Our turn-around time for processing orders is normally about 2-7 business
days. If we are out of stock on a particular item, additional time may be
required and we will notify you. Additional time may also be required on orders
placed in the months of May due to graduation season and in November and
December. If you need a rush order, we will do our best to accommodate your
request. Simply make a note to us under the “special notes and instructions”
section or call us at (512) 346-4602.
Shipping Policy:
▪ All items are shipped via Priority Mail by the United States Postal Service.
If you prefer to have your order shipped Express mail or Over-night, or by UPS
or Fed-X, make a note to us in the “special notes and instructions” section. We
will email you to let you know the additional shipping charges required.
Customers will be responsible for duty or other fees associated with
international shipments. The following rates apply per address:
$25 and under: $6.00
$25.01 - $40.00: $6.50
$40.01 - $55.00: $7.00
$55.01 - $70.00: $7.50
$70.01 - $85.00: $8.00
$85.01 - $100.00: $8.50
$100.01 - $200.00: $10.00
$200.01 - $500.00: $15.00
▪ If you are ordering a gift item, please complete the box on the order form
entitled “message for gift card.” We wrap all gift items in white tissue paper
and include a You Name It Creations seal.
▪ Note: If you are ordering gifts for more than one person, you must place a
separate order for each person. This system only allows for one shipping address
per order.
▪ If you prefer to pick up your item at our location in Austin, Texas, simply
click on the “pick up” window at checkout. We will notify you when your order is
ready and give you directions.
Return Policy:
▪ You Name It Creations guarantees the quality of all the products we sell and
monogram. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct spelling and
or initials for items to be monogrammed. Personalized items are which are
misspelled are non-refundable or exchangeable. Please DOUBLE-CHECK your order
for accuracy. If the mistake is on our part, we will replace the product at no
charge to you. All applicable return requests must be made within fourteen (14)
days from the date of purchase. Please contact us if you need to make an

▪ Should you need to cancel an order that has been placed, please call us
immediately. Once the order has been sewn, the item is non-returnable and
non-exchangeable.
Notes on Monogramming:
▪ You Name It Creations will match the embroidery thread color according to the
item being monogrammed. Please realize that we have many different shades of
each color. We will use our best judgment in selecting the appropriate thread
for the items we sell. On several items you are given the choice of primary
colors, jewel tone colors or pastels. For primary colors, we use red, royal
blue, kelly green, yellow, and orange. For jewel tone colors, we use purple, hot
pink, yellow, lime green and turquoise blue. For pastels we use baby blue, baby
pink, mint green, pale yellow and lavender. If you have a very specific request
on thread color, please indicate it in the “notes and special instructions” box
when placing your order.
▪ We will adjust the size of the monogram and design to the item being sewn.
If you have a very specific request on the size of your monogram, please

▪ In addition to the items on this website, we also offer monogramming on your
personal items. Our standard charge is $9 per item for name or initials and $14
for name and a design. Discounts may apply on some items. If you have personal
